Departmental Professional Membership Discount - $15.00 per person if entire department joins.*
If you would like to Join as a Department please fill out the application form and follow instructions provided. Invoices for group membership will be processed and e-mailed as soon as possible.
After registering on the Google Form for individual memberships, an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the e-mail address you provide. The invoice can be paid via check or card.
